Requirements:
•Bachelor degree
•2+ years of experience in international real estate investments with a focus on international markets.
•Proven experience in international investments, or related roles.
•Must understand off-plan market, capital appreciation, ROI, rental income, and real estate investment market.
•Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
•Strong work ethic, loyal person with a pleasant attitude.
•Shining Personality and winner mindset.
•MUST be fluent in English and have fluency in at least one of the following languages and with the related passport or nationality: Arabic, Chinese, Dutch French, German, Indian, Italian, Russian, Spanish
•Flexible to travel for international Roadshows and real estate events
•Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills but must have a teamwork mindset.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
•Excellent communication skills and ability to network to build your business.
•Ability to understand and present contracts.
